Look here now, old man

I built an uninhabitable

Mansion on the edge

Of the field of Borodino, knowing nothing

except knowing

there was a battle fought here once.

Well, some eggheads know about that,

but for us an ostentatious house

Is a much bigger deal.

We could make a killing, though,

buying up this field

with the bones of time gone by.

A place we could walk around in

and set off fireworks

to commemorate a famous victory.

Then we could charge tourists admission,

And a fee for the show

even build a hotel for them

On the hill

it would be terrific, old man.
